His is usually the first smile you see as you enter Danvers Baptist Church. With a warm handshake and a friendly greeting for everyone, Jim always has a smile and is very faithful in his service to the Lord. Here is his brief testimony:

     "Nearly 30 years ago, when Sondra and I were dating, I took notice of the way she and her children would dress up and go to church. I told them I would see them when they got back. One Wednesday night I surprised them and went to church with them. That Wednesday night I got saved! Sandra and I got married and have been going to every service ever since. I thank God for my wife's testimony, for a good fundamental church like Danvers Baptist Church and for a Godly Pastor like Pastor Thacker."
