     " Growing up, I went to a Southern Baptist Church a handful of times. I had heard that Jesus was the only way to Heaven, but I never understood what the meant. I met a man by the name of Mitch Sanderson, who now Pastors down in southern Illinois. He asked me that life changing question, "Do you know for sure that if you were die today that you would go to Heaven?" I said that I did not and was not sure that I could know. My heart strings were tugged, and the question that had never left since my childhood began to scream for attention. Over the next few weeks or days (not sure which) we began to talk about the Bible a lot. I was full of questions and he had the answers. One night in particular, we talked about the book of Revelation and I was frightened by the prospect that I could be a part of all that will take place. After three days of being worried about my eternal destiny, I went back to my co-worker and enquired how I might be saved. I was saved that morning at about 6:30 in the morning.

     It was about a year later that I was called to preach and began to be prepared for the ministry. We are now on our way to Hyles-Anderson College and eventually to the mission field of Australia. There is a world lost and going to that place called Hell and I am so thankful that I have been taught the truth."
